The last couple of weeks here at the Our Projects camp has been very demanding as well as rewarding.
We have now Broke down every aspect of of the company over the past couple of weeks and we are in the process of re-structuring the departments for a better and smoother operations internally. Up in till this point we have been so to say flying by the seat of our pants with a minimalistic plan. Now we are taking a direction and have a focus for Our Projects to make this a more valuble company for our supporters and listeners.
What Is The Direction Of Our Projects You Ask?
Our Projects is looking to become more of a solid record label as well as Artists from this point. Through many different facets we are looking to become more of a key player in this Deep House scene as it exists. Through education, proper planning and key business associates we expect to be a good quality music service(RECORD LABEL)that can be depended on. At this point we have made some solid releases and have received some very wonderful feedback from our listeners and fans. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT!!!!! The future will entail a whole new plethora of connections for Our Projects in a whole.
Where would you guys like to see Our Projects in 3 years?
Ellery Cowles: In 3 years I would like to see Our Projects operating like a successful independent record label. With Artists tours and Record promotions going as planned. As far as that goes all of the departments in the label operating at 100%
Ren Van Leer:Expanding on the sounds of the driving drums and the soothing bass lines, to the swooping synths with the soulful influence, lacing the vocals just right, mixing down with a science. To just take all of the tasks that we do in music to new heights.
